Trading in an environment that specialises in focused areas of cycling attracts passionate enthusiasts to work for Tweeks Cycles. The small team is built up of dedicated cyclists who live and breath cycling 24/7.

There is always one as they say and Jake ‘Hollywood’ Hancock is a super nice guy that is heading to the top of his game in the downhill mountain biking world. Jake was sponsored by Tweeks Cycles and required a couple of promotional shots so he could splash his personality around the internet and maybe attract himself some more sponsors to help perpetuate his downhill mountain bike career.

Although I prefer to shoot inanimate objects that don’t move, I’m more than happy to try other things and shoot people (with a camera).

Jake had no specific requirements as to what he wanted and we had stringent limitations placed upon what we could do and equipment to do it with. There are very few locations on site but ‘the rusty wall’ and its orange hue served as an adequate contrast to the bright greens/yellows and red of jakes kit.

I feel that we ended up with a few nice images from the set that hopefully served their purpose for Jake.
